Last night, the Kira Systems team was pleased to join client Allens and fellow technology solution providers, Neota Logic and HighQ Solutions, at the International Legal Technology Association’s 8th Annual Distinguished Peer Awards in Las Vegas.

We are pleased to congratulate Allens on winning this year’s Innovative Project of the Year award for its Real Estate Due Diligence App (REDDA), a solution that fundamentally transforms real estate due diligence, improving accuracy and efficiency by an estimated 30% and addressing the demands of their clients for faster, comprehensive reviews.

In a presentation earlier in the week, the Allens team, including Beth Patterson, Chief Legal & Technology Services Officer and Allens partner, Victoria Holthouse, described how REDDA uses Kira to automate the extraction of 60 key provisions from real estate leases, and Neota Logic to analyze 590 key questions and populate over 60 required forms.
