Family Friendly
We love our ‘Kiran kids.’ For all new parents, we offer a competitive parental leave salary top-up in each of our regions, as well as a $500 baby bonus to help with a one time purchase for you and baby. We know how important it is to take time to recharge. Our flexible vacation policy allows you to take the time you need. Your manager and your team members will work with you to ensure that when you’re away from work, you’re covered. That way, you can come back focused, recharged and ready to tackle anything.
Competitive and Fair Compensation
For a company our size, we punch well above our weight when it comes to compensation. We rely on the most reliable data sources in our industry to inform all of our compensation decisions. We pay a high percentile to market, conduct annual compensation reviews, and perform ongoing and annual gender pay equity checks. On top of this, we reward high performance by offering competitive bonuses and sales incentives. Finally, every employee receives shares (stock options) in the company so that we all share (pun intended) in our collective success.
Flex Hours
We ask our team members to communicate with their teams, but your output is more important than when it gets done. We’re all adults here. Midday doctors appointment? Need to pick up your kids? Everyone has a different schedule. We’re not concerned about the when and where.
Company Get Togethers

Downtown Location
Our HQ is in the heart of downtown Toronto. We’re a five minute walk from the subway, and a twelve minute walk from Union Station. We’ve got plenty of delicious food options (trust us – anything you could ever want is within walking distance) and lots of great places to socialize after work, too.
Our Response to COVID-19
Since remote work has always been a part of our DNA, shifting all of our Toronto-based Kirans to remote work in March was an easy decision and seamless process for us. That said, we recognize that the new working set-up has brought new challenges for many of our team members. Whether it’s juggling having little ones at home, or navigating a small space with a partner, we’ve made changes to support our Kirans.
Flexible Working Hours
We recognize that not everyone can be available all day the same way they were in the office. Our focus is on the delivery of the work, not when it gets done. We’ve made it clear to our team members that as long as they’re communicating their off periods with their team, they have the freedom to best plan their day.
Support for Parents
We have lots of ‘Kiran Kids’ as we lovingly call the little ones of our team members. We’ve set up designated Slack channels for our parents to share tips, ideas and even launched a TikTok dance challenge for our kids to take part in. We’ve also made it clear that being offline at certain points throughout the day is absolutely okay.
Regular Regional Communications
Our People team has made sure that no matter where you are living through this pandemic, you have the information you need from us. Regular regional updates on things like travel, benefits coverage or office reopening plans help us not only stay informed, but connected.
Kira Days
We believe in the power of taking a break and believe that everyone brings their best when they’ve had time to recharge. We have implemented monthly company-wide shutdown days to allow for everyone to be offline at the same time.
Home Equipment Budget
While we’ve always had this available to Kirans, we ensured that it was reiterated at the beginning of our #KiraFromHome period so that all Kirans could invest in what they needed to feel comfortable at home.
