Benedict O'Halloran
Benedict O’Halloran has worked on hundreds of private and public company acquisitions, business sales and joint ventures across a wide range of industries in North America and Europe. He has worked handling business development in the film and television industry, corporate M&A for the General Electric Company (across both its industrial and financial services divisions) and served as Chief Legal Officer of Verisure (Europe’s leading home security company and a portfolio company of private equity firm Hellman & Friedman). He also was an M&A partner at the law firm Jones Day. Benedict graduated from Harvard, studied law at Oxford and at Canada’s Dalhousie University and has an MBA from INSEAD in France.
