Log in to Intralinks
Users can now connect directly and securely log in to import documents from Intralinks.
Import into Kira
Users will have full access to all their exchanges and workspaces on Intralinks. Simply select the desired documents/folders from the menu, and press import.
Automated Insight
Once the documents have finished importing and are inside Kira, key provisions like title, parties, date, assignment, change of control and much more, are highlighted automatically. Kira takes the highlighted text and automatically extracts them into summary charts to faciliate quicker and more accurate contract reviews and analyses.
